New awards for region’s

SOME of the region’s leading tech and digital business entrepreneurs and organisations came together at the ICC in Birmingham to celebrate the West Midlands Tech Awards 2018.

The inaugural awards were run by our sister websites BirminghamLive and CoventryLive and celebrated achievements in the tech sector across 12 categories.

Halesowen e-gaming firm Intouch Games was crowned the evening’s big winner, named Digital Business of the Year for its work in the mobile casino market.

With support from our headline sponsor NatWest, there were other awards for innovation in fields as diverse as manufacturing, education, health and the arts.

Gadget Show presenter Ortis Deley hosted the event with entertainment from dance troupe Glo Men.
