Clarification

In a Birmingham Post column by architect Joe Holyoak, on November 29, it was incorrectly stated that the “Harper’s Hill development [in the Jewellery Quarter] proposes new buildings up to five storeys, in direct contradiction of the Design Guide”.

The statement should have read “six storeys” as revealed in the artist’s impressions of the proposals. The error was introduced during the editing process.

We are happy to clarify this point on behalf of Mr Holyoak.
