Elayna joins as Pin­sent’s sixth re­cruit in year

LAW firm Pin­sent Ma­sons has added an­other new face to its real es­tate team in Birm­ing­ham – the sixth in the past 12 months.

Elayna Rat­ten­bury has been hired in the firm’s of­fice in the city as se­nior as­so­ciate from Gowl­ings, join­ing as­so­ciates Gemma Baker, Sinead Ken­dall, So­phie Carlile and Gary Parm­ley and so­lic­i­tor Raj Flora-Seehra as re­cent re­cruits.

The ap­point­ments bring the num­ber of lawyers in Pin­sent Ma­sons’ Birm­ing­ham real es­tate team to 55.

Tom John­son, part­ner and head of the Birm­ing­ham prop­erty team, said: “It’s an ex­cit­ing time for real es­tate prac­ti­tion­ers in Birm­ing­ham and the West Mid­lands with many ma­jor projects and de­vel­op­ments com­ing to the city.
