Elayna joins as Pinsent’s sixth recruit in year
LAW firm Pinsent Masons has added another new face to its real estate team in Birmingham – the sixth in the past 12 months.
Elayna Rattenbury has been hired in the firm’s office in the city as senior associate from Gowlings, joining associates Gemma Baker, Sinead Kendall, Sophie Carlile and Gary Parmley and solicitor Raj Flora-Seehra as recent recruits.
The appointments bring the number of lawyers in Pinsent Masons’ Birmingham real estate team to 55.
Tom Johnson, partner and head of the Birmingham property team, said: “It’s an exciting time for real estate practitioners in Birmingham and the West Midlands with many major projects and developments coming to the city.
“With an increasing move by a number of international businesses to establish an increased presence in Birmingham, the team’s work has grown substantially and we’ve expanded to meet our clients’ needs. We’re proud to play a significant part in the growth story of Birmingham.”
