Britney is now free... and exposed in every way

-

SIX months on from being freed from her conservatorship, Britney Spears says she finally has her life back.

For 13 years, pop’s princess lived under suffocating restrictions that controlled every aspect of her life.

They went as far as to include her own fertility, forcing her, she claimed, to have IUD birth control fitted.

Her father, Jamie Spears, famously oversaw his daughter’s conservatorship and she fought to have it removed.

Following her successful battle to release herself from his control, her dad responded saying it was “frankly, a loss for Britney”, much to the scorn of her fans.

“Mr Spears loves his daughter Britney unconditionally,” his spokesman said.

“For 13 years, he has tried to do what is in her best interests, whether as a conservator or her father.

“For anyone who has tried to help a family member dealing with mental health issues, they can appreciate the tremendous amount of daily worry and work this required.”

To Britney’s fans, her father was the bad guy throughout it all.

His repeated warnings about her fragility led to accusations his only concern was controlling her fortune.

Since her release from the conservatorship, Britney has slowly been building herself back up.

The 40-year-old is now pregnant with her third child and busily preparing for her third wedding to toyboy personal trainer Sam Asghari.

However, recent weeks have seen fans and supporters become increasingly worried for the Baby One More Time singer over her erratic behaviour.

Several instances have caused concern, none more so than this week with her posting naked full-frontal pictures to her 41 million followers on Instagram.

Although some took the “photo dump” as a sign she was trying to “regain control of her lost youth”, even her loyal fans have expressed concern.

On Monday, Britney published nine photos in quick succession in a flurry of postings.

The eye-opening images show her covering her naked breasts with her hands and using an emoji love heart to hide her genitals.

Each photo was similar, taken on holiday before she fell pregnant, but

with different filters.

The pregnant singer captioned her first post, which contained six nude shots: “Photo dump of the last time I was in Mexico BEFORE there was a baby inside me.”

It was wholly right the singer was given her life back, so to speak. Still, despite the best intentions of the #freebritney movement, none of them knew the extent of her mental health problems.

While fans were quick to paint her father as the evil controller, ultimately, it was through evidence and with a court’s agreement that Britney had some legal protections in place.

Given her now behaviour, the conservatorship appears to have been a protection, although in need of rewriting.

But maybe, despite all the hate he received, her father was right to fight for her as he did.

Because, at the moment, those advising Britney do not appear to have her or her teenage son’s best

interests at heart.

Last month, the company began mandating one day a week at their desks.

Earlier this month, it became two and on May 23, all staff had to be in the office three days a week.

Apple is now undergoing a massive backlash among employees, with 67% saying they were dissatisfied with the return-to-office policy.

Forgive me, but what is the world coming to? A company requiring their employees to come in and work? God forbid.

I wonder if Goodfellow will get a response when he asks his iPhone: “Hey Siri, where can I find a work-from-home job that pays £250,000?”

SO Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are to fly from their US home back to attend the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations next month, reportedly with their Netflix crew in tow.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex can expect a frosty reception from the royals, given their constant attacks since leaving Britain. However, they have been saved from a potential public booing.

The fame-hungry couple will not be allowed on the Buckingham Palace balcony for the famous Windsor wave.

Netflix must be fuming.

Given her now behaviour, the conservatorship appears to have been a protection, although in need of rewriting.
