Can you please help me identify this tree? It is 12 years old and 14 foot tall with a lovely fragrance.

AYes I also have this tree in my garden and you’re right, the flowers have a really beautiful fragrance. It’s Cordyline australis, also known as the cabbage palm. It comes from New Zealand and is a great way of adding some exotic-looking interest to the garden.
