Shake-up of sales team at Centrick

-

PROPERTY agency Centrick has restructured its sales and lettings division to create a new team covering the region.

They will focus on the firm’s work across offices in Solihull and Nottingham and at its HQ in Birmingham.

The new-look team comprises group projects director Chris Whiley, area sales director Stuart Macdiarmid, area lettings director Katie Vassar, Solihull lettings manager Shelley Wootton and Birmingham lettings manager Sophie Harmer-Knight.

Group managing director Phil Johns said the continued growth of the company had led to the need for a restructure of the management of its branches.

He said: “We have grown our business year on year and what we found recently was that we had all the right ingredients of expertise and passion and experience but some of those ingredients were in the wrong places.

“After a full internal review, we have decided to move to a fully fledged branch model where all of the services we provide will sit within the governance of the branch managers.

“It will give our clients a more personal and tailored service that will listen to their wants and needs, offering a seamless journey and interaction with our business.

“Stuart and Katie will oversee the three branches, ensuring that, as a business, we’re absolutely focused on delivering a worldclass service and that our strategy is driven in the right direction, allowing group sales and lettings director Andy Butts to focus on the bigger picture.”

Centrick launched in 2005 and now has more than 20,000 properties across the UK on its books and manages over £3 billion in client assets.

The company also has offices in Southampton and London.
