New retirement apartments coming soon to Kings Norton

Churchill Retirement Living has unveiled the name of its brand new developmen­t coming soon to Kings Norton, inspired by a key landmark in the local area.

The developmen­t in Kings Norton has been named St Nicolas Lodge after the nearby church. St Nicolas’ Church dates back to the early 13th century with Norman heritage, the churchyard is also known to hold several memorial war graves of service personnel.

St Nicolas Lodge will comprise of 38 one and two bedroom apartments designed for independen­t retirement living.
