Popular city food festival set to move to cathedral
THE Colmore Food Festival is set to make a return to Birmingham for its tenth anniversary next summer.
The free festival will return in a new location in the grounds of St Philips Cathedral and promises to provide guests with a tasty and affordable spread of mouth-watering mini dishes from the traders’ latest menus.
The award-winning event – set to take place on Friday, June 20 and Saturday, June 21, 2023 – showcases the best food and drink offerings from across the Colmore Business District and attracts over 30,000 visitors each year.
Local restaurants, coffee shops, bars and hotels all set up stalls offering a selection of meat, vegetarian and vegan options.
Organisers are also placing price caps on food and drinks to creating an affordable experience.
