CHARLEMONT Dra­matic So­ci­ety are search­ing for new mem­bers who are in­ter­ested in be­ing in the cast of ‘Ladies Down Un­der’ by Amanda Whit­ting­ton, to be per­formed 3 – 6 April 2019.

Fol­low­ing their award win­ning pro­duc­tion of ‘Ladies’ Day’ in 2015, CADS are re­turn­ing with the se­quel which finds the four fish-fil­let­ing ladies cel­e­brat­ing their win at As­cot with the trip of a life­time to Oz, which has lifechang­ing ad­ven­tures for them all.

The cast in­cludes four ladies mid-20s to mid-50s and men of sim­i­lar age play­ing parts in­clud­ing a fire­fighter, drag queens, flight at­ten­dants, and var­i­ous other roles. So if you are in­ter­ested in be­ing part of this very funny play do come along. We also wel­come peo­ple in­ter­ested in tech­ni­cal and back­stage work.

Read­ings and auditions will take place from 7.30pm at The The­atre, Gay­ton Road, West Bromwich B71 1QS on Tues­day/ Thurs­day 20/22 Novem­ber with fi­nal cast­ing on Tues­day 4 De­cem­ber.
