A burst of sparkle to launch Christmas

Black Country Bugle - - NEWS - By JOHN WORKMAN

THIS is the ninth year that Holy Trinity Church Wordsley has held a Christmas tree festival, with over 70 trees in 2017 representing different local organisations and businesses, filling the church with an aura of the festive sparkle.

To help get Bugle readers in the mood for yuletide this year, we paid a visit to the church to sample for ourselvers that special pre-christmas atmosphere, and of course take a few pictures along the way.

For 2018 77 businesses and organisations, schools and other churches created a huge swathe of Christmas Tree exhibits, all different, but all colourful with varying degrees of sparkly lights. Accompanied by festive tunes Holy Trinity had come alive with festive and community spirit to send a message of peace and harmony.
