Old pubs are not forgotten
I’D like to thank Mr P. Crutchley, in Bugle 1562, August 3, for drawing attention to some old pubs that were missing from my article on Wolverhampton pubs.
However, the article was intended to cover the oldest pubs in the town, that were built earlier than 1800. The pubs listed in his letter were built after 1800, so will probably feature in a future article – I haven’t forgotten them!
