Cash boost for Hunt Cup
FUNDRAISING by the JW Hunt Cup has been given a £1,000 boost for this season’s competition.
Both the West Bromwich Building Society and the Dudley Building Society have donated £500 to the cup, which donates all its proceeds to the Beacon Centre for the Blind and Partially-sighted.
The cheques were handed over at Molineux, the ground which on many occasions has staged the final of the competition which in two years’ time will celebrate the centenary of its founding.
Last season the committee raised £14,000.
