Black Country girls and American GIS

I’M making a request on behalf of my cousin Donald Batema in the USA.

It’s regarding his father Gerald Batema who was here in the 1940s and met his mom Dorothy (from Halesowen) and married in St John’s Church Halesowen.

Gerald belonged to 282nd Signal Pigeon Company formed in Missouri, Camp Crowder.

Donald wondered if there was anyone in the same company who had married a local girl and either stayed in England or returned to the USA as his mom and dad did.
