Looking to pupils for 50th birthday party

We are looking for former pupils from Blairgowrie High School who would be interested in attending a 50th birthday reunion this summer.

Were you born in 1967 and attended Blairgowrie High School? If so we want to hear from you.

In a year in which we will celebrate a milestone birthday, we thought it would be perfect to have a 50th birthday year reunion.

We have planned the reunion for Saturday, June 24 at the Angus Hotel in Blairgowrie.

The 40th reunion in 2007 was great fun but we’d love to make this one bigger and better.

The wonders of social media mean a good many folks have already been contacted and know about the event but we want to reach out to everyone.

A small organising committee of George Mathers, Ally Donald, Nicola Watts and Tracey Gellatly would love to have as many former school colleagues from their year as possible come along to the event.

And we would also love to see any old school photos or pictures from outings or sporting events that could be displayed on the night.
