Members of the Blairgowrie branch of the Mothers’Union attached to St Catharine’s Episcopal Church have made up 25 toilet bags to be distributed to Blairgowrie Cottage Hospital and Women’s Aid in Perth.
Branch leader Charmian Paterson said:“The bags contain items such as toothpaste, combs, soap, and face cloths for people who have an unexpected stay in hospital or Women’s Refuge.
“The Mother’s Union supports families and people who have met with adversity and this is one way of helping those people at a time of crisis.”
The Mothers’Union (MU) is a Christian organisation with over four million members worldwide.
