Disgust at fly tipping

Blairie reader Harry Greig sent in this picture of what he describes as a“horrific example of fly tipping” on a pathway near Candlehouse Lane in Coupar Angus.

Harry said:“This is a popular walk frequently used by local people and one can only imagine the dangers this rubbish presents to small children and pets.”
