MARIE AND PALS HELP NINEWELLS

Alyth resident Marie MacDonald held a coffee morning in Airlie Street Hall in the town and raised £1200 for the out-patients’ department at Ward 34 at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, where she has been undergoing treatment for the past year or so.

“The doctors and staff have been so kind and supportive to me that my family and friends were only too keen to support my coffee morning by donating goods for the raffle and helping in many other ways,” said Marie.

“The total raised included many cash donations and I would like to thank everyone who supported the event.”

Marie donated a doll and doll’s clothes for the raffle and it was won by Agnes Kettle.
