Teenager is barred from pub

A Blair­gowrie teenager has been banned from two lo­cal pubs af­ter ap­pear­ing from cus­tody at Perth Sher­iff Court on an as­sault charge.

Joshua Ker­math (18), of Glen­de­von Court, will stand trial on March 20, with an ear­lier hear­ing on March 1.

He was freed on bail but spe­cial con­di­tions bar­ring him from the Dread­nought and The Gig have been im­posed. He has also been pro­hib­ited from ap­proach­ing or con­tact­ing De­clan Lovie.

Ker­math has de­nied act­ing in an ag­gres­sive man­ner and shout­ing and swear­ing in Perth Street on De­cem­ber 3.

He also faces a sec­ond charge of punch­ing Mr Lovie on the head, to his in­jury.
