Author visits Blairgowrie
The first BOOKMARK festival event of 2018 takes place on January 24.
The festival’s AGM is at 2pm in the St Catharine’s Centre on George Street in Blairgowrie and will be followed by a talk by Alasdair Douglas-Hamilton on his grandfather, Malcolm Bowes Lyon.
Alasdair is the author of a book on his grandfather entitled ‘Devoted Lyon: The Life, Letters and Diaries of Lt Col The Hon Malcolm Bowes Lyon’.
