T he school delivers high standards in all areas of the curriculum
Morrison’s Academy has long been making the most of its enviable location in beautiful Perthshire to enhance the education of every one of its pupils.
The school’s long tradition of academic success continues today with a contemporary Scottish curriculum and a programme of child-centred learning that builds emotional intelligence, creativity and life skills.
From Nursery through to Advanced Higher, specialist teachers in sports, languages, and creative and performing arts deliver a high standard of teaching in a growing range of subject choices.
In 2017, pupils maintained a 96 per cent SQA pass rate at Higher level, a 95 per cent pass rate at Advanced Higher level and a 94 per cent pass rate at National 5 (S4).
This commitment to excellence underpins all the school’s activities, in the classroom and beyond.
Several innovative programmes unique to Morrison’s Academy provide core experiential learning in relationships, health, careers and enterprise, drawing out independence and self-knowledge and building confidence, emotional intelligence and empathy.
