The following planning applications were validated by Perth and Kinross Council during the week ending August 16:

Erection of raised decking and garden building, and alterations to fence (in retrospect) at The Willows, Balbeggie, for Andrew Johnston;

Erection of a dwellinghouse (in principle) at land 20 metres north of Meadowbank, 8 Cambridge Street, Alyth, for Mr and Mrs S McDonald;

Extension to dwellinghouse at Forehill Cottage, Rattray, for Mr and Mrs Barry Taylor.
