Members of Blairgowrie Scottish Country Dance Club have met on several occasions in recent weeks.
Dancing has taken place on the lawn belonging to one of the members.
A spokesperson said:“There was a good turnout at the most recent meeting, including dancers from other clubs in the area. “The club owes many thanks to Alan, Jess and Brian for organising the dancing.”
Club class nights will recommence after a long rest period as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on Wednesday, September 15.
The club representative explained:“This is a slightly earlier date than in the past but the Alyth club will be joining us and, as it started at the earlier date, we have decided to go with that.
“The dancing for the coming session will finish on December 8, when we will have the Christmas party .
“As Blairgowrie Town Hall is a Covid vaccination centre until further notice, we hope to meet in the William Street Hall, the home of the Lifeplus Church.
“The venue will be confirmed next week.
“We hope to see as many of our existing members as possible and would welcome new members of all abilities.”
