End of an era for Rattray P7 pupils
Youngsters in primary seven at Rattray Primary School celebrated the end of their primary school years with a special party in the Rattray Connect building.
The pupils organised the event themselves, arranging a bouncy castle and a photo booth, as well as music, and paid for it all from the enterprise project that they had run during the school year.
Head teacher Joanna Robertson praised the pupils for their efforts and wished them every success for the next chapter of their lives.
She said: “Every one of our P7s has wonderful talents and skills that the staff have loved watching grow over the years.
“Some are good at particular school subjects, some are good at sport, some are great actors or excellent speakers; some are good at making things; some are good listeners; some care deeply; some like to do their own thing.
“All our pupils will be remembered at the school for the impact they have had on others, and the lives they have changed, their kindness, compassion and caring natures.”
