Planning notices

The following planning applications were validated by Perth and Kinross Council during the week ending August 1:

Listed building consent for alterations and extension to outbuilding to form a dwellinghouse (revised design) at The Orchard, Precinct Street, Coupar Angus, for Allan O’Brien;

Erection of an agricultural building, formation of an earth bund and associated works at Middleton of Glasclune, Kinloch, for Middleton of Glasclune Farm.

The following planning applications were validated by PKC during the week ending August 8:

Erection of a dwellinghouse (approval of matters specified in conditions of 21/01328/ IPL) at Meadowbank, 8 Cambridge Street, Alyth, for Mr and Mrs McDonald;

Erection of dwellinghouse, garage/ancillary building, formation of parking area, installation of air source heat pump and associated works at land 60 metres northeast of Ceanghlinne Farm, Straloch, for Will Holt.
