The following planning applications were validated by Perth and Kinross Council during the week ending August 15:

Residential development (in principle) at land 110 metres north of Viewfield, Meethill Road, Alyth, for Lynne Thomson;

Erection of 20 dwellinghouses and associated works at land 70 metres east of 3 Losset Park, Losset Road, Alyth, for David Barbour;

Extension to dwellinghouse at Meadowside, East Whitefield Farm, Burrelton, for Iain Shaw;

Formation of a 49.9MW solar farm comprising ground mounted solar arrays, inverters, transformers, a substation, security fencing, CCTV cameras, cabling, access tracks and associated works at land 130 metres south-east of Coupar Angus Substation, Pleasance Road, Coupar Angus, for Coupar Two Ltd;

Erection of 28 dwellinghouses and a garage (revised design) at site north of Hall Road, Guildtown, for A and J Stephen Builders Ltd.
