Coffee morning proves a huge hit
The local branch of a charity which uses the benefits of equestrianism to support people with disabilities held a coffee morning to raise funds recently.
Volunteers from the Blairgowrie branch of the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) organised the event, which was held at the St Catharine’s Centre on George Street in the town, and were delighted with its success.
The coffee morning raised around £600 for the charity, which is this year celebrating its golden jubilee.
A spokesperson for the group thanked everyone who supported the event and the Blairgowrie branch of the RDA for their generosity.
