The following planning applications were validated by Perth and Kinross Council during the week ending October 10:

Renewal of permission 18/01545/

FLL (change of use and alterations to agricultural building to a dwellinghouse, erection of a garage and associated works) at Dounie Steading, Blacklunans, for Jean Howman;

Erection of a dwellinghouse at land 30 metres south-east of 41 Druid’s Park, Murthly, for Grant Roy.
