Assaulted instreet
Police Scotland officers were called to a disturbance on Blairgowrie’s Reform Street at around 1am on Saturday, October 22.
A spokesperson said a 19 year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee with a serious arm injury.
A 21 year-old woman was also taken to the same hospital and released following treatment.
Police are said to be particularly keen to speak to two men and a woman, who are described as having English accents, who may have witnessed the incident.
Detective Constable Ruth Mein, of Perth CID, said: “It’s vital we trace the person or people responsible for this attack which left two people needing hospital treatment.
“I would urge anyone who was in the area at the time and saw what happened to get in contact with us.
“Likewise, anyone who may have relevant dash cam or private CCTV around Reform Street from the early hours of October 22, please come forward.”
