Success and smiles at awards nights

Members of Alyth Golf Club’s ladies’and gents’sections gathered for their respective annual presentations at the end of last month.

Each consisted of an excellent meal, courtesy of the club’s popular and talented catering staff.

In addition to the meal, members in the gents’section also ran a fun Texas Scramble prior to their meal.

Although a variety of prizes were presented at each night, the main awards were as follows:

Gents’club champion - Gordon Kidd; handicap champion - Paul Smith; N K Watson Trophy - Ian Strachan.

Ladies’club champion - Zoe Davidson; bronze champion - Fran Gibson; handicap champion - Eileen Houston.
