26 - Christmas Lights Switch-on, Wellmeadow, Blairgowrie. 3pm to 5.30pm. Lights in Rattray to be switched on at 4pm followed by parade led by Santa to the Wellmeadow. Blairgowrie lights to be switched on at 5.15pm.
