The following planning applications were validated by Perth and Kinross Council during the week ending November 21:

Erection of a dwellinghouse and garage (approval of matters specified in conditions of 19/00205/ IPL) at land 20 metres east of Bellvue Cottage, Oakbank Road, Guildtown, for Mr G Thomson;

Extension to dwellinghouse at 36 Rosemount Park, Blairgowrie, for Mr and Mrs Murray;

Demolition of building, alterations to bothy and installation of ramp at Rattray Community Garden, Balmoral Road, Rattray for Blairgowrie and Rattray Development Trust.

The following application was validated during the week ending November 14:

Alterations to ancillary building to form ancillary accommodation at West Cairns Farmhouse, Alyth for John and Penny Stewart.
