The monumental building Twentyseven is carved into is a turn of the century building from the time of the industrial revolution. While keeping in tact the original framework Twentyseven has created a modern luxurious dream within a capsule of timelessness. The hotel houses a top of the bill, 1 Michelin star Restaurant Bougainville, on the third floor led by rising star Executive Chef Tim Golsteijn. The restaurant offers the finest gastronomic experience for guests (and the public). Receiving its first Michelin star in less than 1 year of being open. Sommelier Lendl Mijnhijmer, awarded Best Sommelier of The Netherlands 2018 leads as wine director. The best in mixology lead Twentyseven’s bar with one of a kind handcrafted probiotic cocktails. Head bartender Eric van Beek awarded best global bartender 2018, his decadent cocktail,the Carino, is the signature cocktail of Twentyseven. The bar is made of pure glowing Onyx with an opulent lounge setting for guests to enjoy divine cocktails and views over Dam Square and the city.
