La Ferme d’augustin

Family owned since 1950

-

True luxury is here! The true charming address where all the ingredients get together to enjoy Saint-tropez in a different way, the fisherman’s lobster, the tomato from the kitchen garden and a glass of rosé from the domain, happiness is calling you, enjoy it to the fullest…

In the 50’s, Augustin welcomed a few occasional passing guests at his table. Onlookers, as well as some of the most famous people, attracted by his authenticity, his cuisine and the venue, would sometimes decide to spend the night. Later in 1978, Ninette, Augustin’s daughter, and her husband Gilbert took over this understated and mythical place in the Saint Tropez peninsula and made it more beautiful while preserving the family-oriented feature and the character of this charming house. Their son Christopher joined them in 2003 to continue the adventure…

The warm welcome, friendliness, wholeheartedness and happiness all represent the values that hover

over the Ferme to feel at home away from home, no fuss...far from the show-off of Saint-tropez... A «cozy nest»… Each guest feels at home and enjoys a personalized service. Ideally located in the enchanting setting of a Mediterranean garden, two steps away from Tahiti beach, near the most beautiful strolls «of the coastal path» and 5 minutes away from Saint Tropez. The rooms are spacious and renovated, overlooking the garden and the landscape, the suites are on the last floor and they offer a panoramic view of the magnificent Pampelone Bay. The lounges and the rooms paved with terra cotta are decorated with heathered antique furniture by the antique dealers in the area, brightened up with beautiful flower arrangement from the garden.

And also the wonderful…

Beautiful water pool with hydro massage jets heated at 29° for maximum relaxation. 24-hour room service, a shuttle that takes you to the city center of St-tropez (in 5 minutes taking a road with little traffic even in summer), a private parking … Appointments for a massage, hairdresser, manicure can be made in the wellness area. You also have a shower gel, a perfume that is out of the ordinary because it was in this hotel that Pierre Bourdon, a prestigious fragrance professional, created the extraordinary olfactory signature for Authentic Hotels … Breakfast is served until early afternoon (brunch), besides the freshly squeezed orange juice and the homemade yoghourt, you can have the famous watermelon jam homemade from the garden...

Their excellent and unrivalled restaurant, which was exclusively reserved for guests, has a few tables available for non-guests... A table for the «locavore» serves genuine Mediterranean cuisine, prepared with love using fresh products, grown by local producers as well as seasonal vegetables from the kitchen garden and fruits from the orchard. Fish and lobsters depending on the catch of the day, meat and poultry from small livestock farmers, eggs from the farmer down the street… Homemade oil and the «Clos Bellevue» wine from the small family vineyard, biodynamic grown and bottled in the family property, accompany this authentic cuisine in which you can experience the real flavor of tasty and good food. An authenticity that is nowhere to be found in St-tropez… (An advice… It would be better to reserve a table ahead of time…) ■■■
