In the 50’s, Augustin welcomed a few occasional passing guests at his table. Onlookers, as well as some of the most famous people, attracted by his authenticity, his cuisine and the venue, would sometimes decide to spend the night. Later in 1978, Ninette, Augustin’s daughter, and her husband Gilbert took over this understated and mythical place in the Saint Tropez peninsula and made it more beautiful while preserving the family-oriented feature and the character of this charming house. Their son Christopher joined them in 2003 to continue the adventure…
