Win! An Astra Archery Shot Trainer

The latest and most sophisticated of a long string of devices to specifically address issues of form, the Shot Trainer is, in Astra's words, "designed to teach you how to release the bowstring while maintaining both strength and direction." A strong sleeve slips over your drawing arm and is attached to the bowstring,and you nock and release arrows as 'normal'. On release, the shot trainer will transfer the force of the bow to your draw arm elbow, forcing you to maintain the strength and power of the shot.

This device also allow you to train with your bow at home, too, and can really work and develop your shot - if you put the work in.
