HYDRATION Tips

• Keep everything cool: store in fridges or coolers where possible. Otherwise store in a good quality water bottle.

• Keep drinks nearby at all times.

• For longer days, consider also drinking an isotonic sports drink to replace lost electrolyt­es.

• Drink consistent­ly throughout the day. For example have a key point at which you will always have a sip of water, such as walking between targets.
