NEW SPORT ENGLAND FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR VOLUNTEER AND PROFESSIONAL COACHES

UK Coaching has launched an initiative called Retrain to Retain, funded by Sport England.

The scheme aims to provide skills, training, and targeted support for 25,000 volunteer coaches, as well as 25,000 sport and activity professionals affected by the pandemic.

Volunteer coaches who live in economically deprived areas or who support underrepresented groups could benefit from 12 months' access to online training courses and resources to help develop coaching skills. Interested parties are asked to go to: www. ukcoaching.org/our-campaigns/retrain-to-retain
