MEDITATION APPS
Bow has personally tried two apps, both available for IOS and Android phones. The best known is called Headspace, which requires a yearly subscription, but enables you to use it free for a trial period. Another newer app is available called Balance, which is notable for a very clean and minimal interface. Again, a long trial period is available. Many other apps (and, indeed, books) are available to help you practice mindfulness and mediation, and there is an enormous amount of information available free on Youtube, too.
