Companies urged to enter Best of Britain awards
BRISTOL companies are being urged to enter the Best of Britain Business Awards 2018.
The competition, which is run by comparison site firm Love Energy Savings, is aimed at outstanding local businesses.
Phil Foster, managing director of Love Energy Savings, said: “There are some outstanding businesses in the UK doing wonderful things, whether that’s industry-leading innovation, charitable services for the local community, or introducing environmentally green schemes. We’re looking to reward passionate groups or individuals who’ve really made a difference.”
The awards – now into their fourth year – are split into five regions: the South of England, Wales, Scotland, North of England and the Midlands.
All five winners will be presented with £500 and will be invited to a roundtable event at the Love Energy Savings HQ, in Bolton, on September 20.
Applications are open until July 30. Finalists will be announced on

Last year’s winning businesses included a chocolatier and a nanny-sharing scheme in London.
Phil added: “The message is simple – it doesn’t matter what it is that you do, if you’re driven to implement real change in your industry, then we want to hear from you.”
