Bristol Post - - NEWS -

A TEENAGE girl was threatened with a knife in a failed robbery in a cul-de-sac in east Bristol.

The 17-year-old victim was walking through Crates Close in Kingswood at 8.30pm on Tuesday, October 2, when she was approached by three men.

All three of them had their hoods up and their faces concealed.

One of the trio threatened the girl with a knife and demanded that she hand over her valuables.

Thankfully someone walking down the road disturbed the three offenders and they fled the scene empty-handed.

The first man is described as 6ft tall, of skinny build, between 18 and 19 years old and with a Bristolian accent.

The second man is described as being 6ft 2ins tall, of skinny build, roughly the same age as the first and also with a Bristolian accent.

The third offender is described as white, of skinny build, aged 15 to 16, and again with a Bristolian accent.

He was wearing a red hoodie, which may have been Ralph Lauren, and jeans.

Witnesses are asked to call police on 101 and quote crime reference number 5218 220 997.
