» Kick off your Satur­day at Achieve with Chrissy White in Break­out Room 1 at 9.30am as she dis­cusses ‘Vi­brant Gourmet’ and the power that plant-based su­per­foods can have on your body and your brain. » Chris­tine Bai­ley in­tro­duces Bris­tol to some ‘Healthy Gut Foods’ at 10.30am. She will be teach­ing us how to make our own Kim­chi and mak­ing a Ve­gan Mango and Pas­sion­fruit pro­bi­otic ‘cheese­cake’.

» Masterchef co-host Gregg Wal­lace will be cook­ing up ‘heathy tasty things for busy peo­ple’ in the Cook­ery Theatre at 11.15 - 12.15pm. » If you missed out on Chris­tine Bai­ley ear­lier, or sim­ply can’t get enough she will be back at 1.30pm with her hus­band talk­ing all things fam­ily, es­pe­cially if you’ve got kids with spe­cific al­ler­gies.

» At 3pm she teams up with Pana­sonic to cre­ate some ve­gan and gluten free grab and go break­fast bars and gluten free falafel bites with tahini dress­ing and is then back later with some ve­gan waf­fles and Mex­i­can taco bowl.

» Chris­tine is back three times on Sun­day with a gluten-free bak­ing mas­ter­class, healthy fam­ily food and fit­ness foods to fuel you for life. » Mud­walls Farm manag­ing di­rec­tor Ge­orge Beach talks Satur­day and Sun­day about the im­por­tance of food prove­nance and sea­son­al­ity.

» Drink wise drink smart is the mes­sage from Tom Bell, manag­ing di­rec­tor of Skinny Brands who will share the se­cret of their brands and their ‘89 calo­rie’ brand range which in­cludes lager, cider and cock­tails - catch him on both Satur­day and Sun­day.
