APP of the WEEK

Bristol Post - - TECH NOW -

IMAGINE taking a second of video every day to build a record of your week, month, year, even decade.

1 Second Every Day is the brainchild of a chap called Cesar Kuriyama, who has done exactly that for more than six years, and is now in possession of a

33-minute documentary of his life.

Apart from the entertainment value, there’s a serious side to this app, too.

Cesar reckons the search for filmable details in his day has led him to seek out new and interesting activities, but also, in his darkest times,

a record of the ups and downs of his life has given him a broader perspective on his troubles, reminding him that all things must pass.

Sounds like a good idea to me, especially as the goal is not to share these things with others but to use them to help you enrich your own life.
