AWOMAN who was found slumped in a car after taking an overdose has made a desperate appeal to find the Bristol woman who saved her life.

Helen Creasey, 59, of Hoo in Rochester was found slumped in her car at Leyesdown on the Isle of Sheppey on July 8 last year.

Helen, a retired care worker, had been having family and personal problems and had driven to Leyesdown where she had ‘found a secluded’ spot and taken an overdose.

Helen said: “I had family problems and had lost my sister and then my husband had a bleed on the brain.

“It just tipped me over the top and I just couldn’t cope and I could not see a way out of it.

“I got in the car and drove to Leyesdown and I found a secluded spot and took an overdose.

These can include becoming depressed, showing sudden changes in behaviour, talking about wanting to die and feelings of hopelessne­ss.
