PEP UP YOUR ‘QUARANTINI’

THE nation’s favourite bars may be closed for now, but you can recreate a buzzing cocktail hour at home.

Those looking to take their shot at mixing up an espresso ‘quarantini’ or a boozy take on the popular Korean Dalgona coffees, need look no further than The Barista Brothers Coffee Liqueur (£7.99, Aldi).

To make an espresso martini mix equal parts of the coffee liqueur and Saint Germont Vodka (£13.99) (mix with boiling water) and shake together with plenty of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with two coffee beans.
