Trapped man freed

A MAN was trapped inside a car after a lorry crash in North Somerset.

Firefighters had to cut the man free following a two-vehicle collision on Monday evening involving a HGV and a silver car at the Langford Loop Bridge Bypass.

The car ended up in a ditch after leaving the road upon impact.

The extent of the man’s injuries is not known.
