Avon Youth Highridge go marching on

HIGHRIDGE United stayed top of Avon Youth League Under-12 Division Four with an 8-2 home win against Shirehampton, although the game was tighter than the scoreline suggests.

Alfie Saunders and TJ Joyner both scored hat tricks, while Reece Brailey and Bailey Brookman also chipped in with goals to ensure the three points and a third win from three games.

Highridge managers Dean, Sam and Sparks said they are chuffed with the way the lads have started this season and that they are a credit to their parents and a joy to watch.
