Celebrate the best of apprenticeships
THE Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Awards, brought to you by Reach plc and sponsored by SGS College, are back for 2021 and will be celebrating the best and brightest learners as well as the people who are helping them to succeed.
The annual event, run by BristolLive and BathLive, recognises the outstanding achievements of apprentices working in a wide variety of industries.
It is also a chance to commend the businesses investing in fresh talent and the schemes that put apprentices on a path to success.
The BristolLive and BathLive Apprenticeship Awards will take place on Wednesday, November 24.
Apprentices across Bristol and Bath who took the first step into the world of work last year were faced with a multitude of challenges. Many were forced to adapt quickly to virtual learning and working as the world shifted online amid the pandemic.
Over previous years and awards ceremonies, apprentices from every background and industry sector have been recognised and this year is no exception. We are looking for those individuals who are thriving in their apprenticeships despite the challenges they have faced.
There are two awards up for grabs for the employers striving to provide the best opportunities they can for apprentices.
Many businesses experienced an exceptionally difficult year in 2020, but continued to adapt and invest in a bid to survive. It’s these companies and organisations which provide a launch pad for the next working generation that deserve to be acknowledged.
As pandemic restrictions ease and the world starts to open up again, the awards offer a chance to network in a safe face-to-face environment with other successful companies in Bristol and Bath.
Apprentices will be able to connect with representatives of other businesses, and bookmark inspirations for their next career steps, while the businesses will be able to link up with apprentices who are filled with ambition and drive.
