GREGG WALLACE’S BIG WEEKEND AWAY

In this final weekend jaunt in Europe, Gregg Wallace is enjoying the beer, inset, in Bavarian state capital, Munich. “I want a proper great big traditional one, foaming at the top, in a big old traditional beer hall.”

While there, he tries to compete with the waiters who can carry up to 18 mugs of beer at a time, and then he gets stuck into boiled sausages, roasted chestnuts, pretzels, schnitzels and mountains of pork before visiting the famous Glockenspiel in the city square.

And before he leaves, Gregg is sure to take home a special souvenir…his very own set of lederhosen.
