Food hall welcomes first customers

A HIGHLY anticipated new food hall and restaurant has opened its doors near Bristol.

Situated between Bristol and Bath in Saltford, Flourish boasts a huge food market selling organic produce, an open-plan restaurant with space for 110 diners and an outside terrace area with a further 40 seats.

The foodie destination, created in disused cowsheds at Glenavon Farm, is headed up by fine food distributor Cotswold Fayre and sells a wide range of products sourced from local farmers and producers.

All dishes served in the restaurant are made with the freshest ingredients sourced as locally as possible, often hand-picked from the neighbouring food hall.

Cotswold Fayre welcomed the first customers to Flourish last week.

Paul Castle, managing director at Flourish, said: “I am so delighted to see the culmination of two years hard work and planning come to life with the opening of the doors.

“We are delighted to be able to finally show local customers what we are all about and welcome them through our doors.”
