‘I love providing people with memories’

A TUI holiday adviser for 15 years, Leanne spends her time speaking on the phone to customers, helping them find their ideal getaway and taking new bookings. “Being able to provide them with great memories is one of the most wonderful parts of my job,” she says. Leanne has also helped customers rebook or change holidays. “I worked with customers to find a resolution to their reservation. They were amazing – they were so supportive of TUI and thanked us for being there to assist them. Now people are looking forward to going away again.”
